Chef Charles Vincent is the brains behind the Beer Room kitchen. Brand new creations dreamed up for tonight's menu include: Smoked Seafood Bisque, with Parsley Oil and Grilled Bread; and a Mizuna Salad with Benton's Ham, Apples, and Blue Cheese Dressing
