We are thrilled to host our friends Gnarly Barley at the Beer Room for a terrific pairing dinner. We’re going with four courses this go-round, but FIVE different Gnarly Barley beers! The following menu is still being tweaked:
Course 1: Catahoula Common with a fresh gulf fish, prepared Crudo style or smoked with a Nuoc Mam sauce.
Course 2: JUCIFER with Crawfish-Popcorn Rice Risotto, lemon, artichoke hearts, peas.
Course 3: Radical Rye Pale Ale with Boudin-Stuffed Chicken, with a poblano-Pork glace, Seasonal vegetables
Course 4: One of Natalia Hess’ amazing dessert creations with two, count em, TWO versions of Gnarly Barley’s Korova Milk Porter: the Imperial Korova and the Peanut Butter Korova
